We offer express shipping and returns through DHL or DPD to ALL EU countries (excluding Malta and Cyprus). 

The majority of orders are processed within 24 hours or 1 business day. However, in some cases, processing may take up to 72 hours or 3 business days from the time the order is placed, depending on stock availability and credit card verification.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been handed over to the courier.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days. Kindly note that we do not operate on Polish public holidays.

Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

 9phases cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond our control.

 

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY 

If you refuse delivery of any order placed on 9phases.com, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Upon receipt of the items in its original condition and packaging, you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
