Return Policy
If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can return any purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund. Please read the following conditions and instructions to ensure a smooth return process.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Product Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been used, worn, washed, or altered, and with all tags still attached. Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return, as these are considered part of the product. We request that you use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.
Processing Time: Merchandise returned by mail to our warehouse will be processed within 14 business days from receipt.
Refund Approval: Once your return is approved, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment, and you will receive a confirmation email. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
Refund Method: Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
